Teresa Haggard, RN, MSN, FNP-BC is the Nurse Practitioner for TMS of the Carolinas. Teresa is a graduate of the University of Chapel Hill School of Medicine and she brings her vast experience as a Nurse Practitioner to TMS of the Carolinas.
